After Hurricane Katrina I lost all of the windows in my home. After cleanup and organizing everything I still had valuable items and I had nowhere to store them. I wondered for days what I could do. Some of the items were family heirlooms that had been passed down for generations. A friend of mine told me to call Dixie Glass in Pascagoula and just inquire about getting the glass work done. I called that day and one of the sales reps answered the phone. Very polite and friendly they got my name and address and were out the next day. It was like clockwork. After I received my price from the sales rep and gave them the go ahead he told me they would be out in two days at 8:30 and they were right on time. They got the job done for me and that took so much pressure off of me. They have an excellent company and are very trustworthy. I will always call on Dixie Glass any time I need them.

Dixie Glass is one of the most organized and professional service companies I have dealt with. Most service companies are kind of shady and overpromise things alot of the time around here. Dixie Glass has always been right on the money and right on time everytime I have called them. I own several rental properties and need glass work done alot. The technicians are so clean looking and very professional. I remember the first time they pulled up in front of one of my houses and I was shocked because they were so professional and courteous. They gave me the price and when they could do it and got it done a day sooner than expected. As fas as I am concerned there is no other glass company on my list.

I own a freightline company and have several trucks that need windshields replaced several times a year. Everytime I have called Dixie Glass they have always done a great job with my trucks no matter what kind of condition they are in. They clean the windshields and vacuum out my trucks. It is almost comical because they always come back cleaner just because of the windshield getting replaced. I have always called Dixie Glass and will continue to do so.
